This little outfit turned out so cute!
This mini skirt is fun and ruffled! It has 3 rows of super
full ruffles, and an elastic waist. The peasant top has
shirring in the neck, waist, and sleeves. The one in the
pictures is cream-colored, but it can be made in white also,
just let me know which you prefer! The sweet little sash
finishes it off perfectly!
