This little outfit turned out so cute!! I just love the colors of the beach, and this outfit brings them to life! I started with an adorable v-neck halter top that is shirred in the back and ties around the neck. I added this great blue & brown ribbon with a detachable bow. This top looks cute without the bow too! For the capris, I appliqued a sand castle on one leg with a 3D flag that waves in the wind! On the other leg a appliqued a shovel & pail along with a little starfish! The pail has a 3D handle with a glass bead center. All appliques are hand drawn and cut out!
